From a Mother’s Heart 💔 A Plea for Help During Our Toughest Time
Hello, my name is Omeynihu, and I’m the proud mother of a beautiful 8-year-old child who is the light of my life 👩👧💫.
I never imagined myself in this position — reaching out and asking for help. But sometimes, life becomes so overwhelming that we have to humble ourselves and lean on the kindness of others.
Over the past few months, life has taken a difficult turn. I lost my job because I didn’t have a reliable backup babysitter. My child’s father, who once played a more consistent role in our lives, suddenly became unavailable. With no family nearby to help and no one to watch my child, I had no choice but to miss work repeatedly. As a mother, my first responsibility is to make sure my child is safe, cared for, and supported — both emotionally and academically. But unfortunately, that devotion cost me my income 💼➡️💔.
Since then, I’ve been doing everything in my power to stay strong, to make ends meet, and to provide a sense of normalcy for my child — who deserves the world. But the truth is: I’m struggling. The bills keep coming. Food prices are rising. And the pressure of trying to be everything at once — a mom, a provider, a teacher, a protector — is beginning to weigh heavily on me.
Right now, we’re in urgent need of financial support to help cover the basics:
🍽️ Groceries
🧾 Rent and utilities
🎒 School supplies and clothing
💊 Healthcare needs
… and just the little things that help a child feel safe and secure in a world that’s already so uncertain.
Every day, I wake up hoping to find a new opportunity or some good news that will help us through this season. But it’s hard to keep going without a little help.
So I’m reaching out — from one human to another — and asking: If you’re in a position to help us, in any way, please consider doing so.
Whether it’s a donation, sharing this message, or even sending prayers and kind words — your support means more than you know. 🙏🏽💗
No amount is too small. Truly — every dollar helps bring some stability back into our lives. Every act of kindness reminds me that we are not alone, and that better days are still ahead 🌈✨.
Thank you so much for reading this and for considering us. I’m holding onto faith that things will turn around soon — and that with your help, I can get back on my feet and continue giving my child the life they deserve.
With deep gratitude and love,
Omeynihu & my little star 🌟
