Paul & Annette, a passionate couple based in Uganda, have dedicated nearly 20 years to youth work — walking alongside young people through some of the most difficult and defining seasons of life.

In 2020, they opened their home near a local university to offer mentorship, counseling, and guidance to university students — many of whom are at a crossroads in their lives. Over the past 5 years, they’ve impacted over 150 students both directly and indirectly. But this is just the beginning.

🎓 A Crisis in Career Guidance & Hope

One of the biggest revelations through their mentorship journey is this: 80% of students enrolled in university lack proper career guidance. Most are studying courses they never chose for themselves — often influenced by well-meaning sponsors, relatives, or pressure from family.

Some are in their final year, yet desperately want to drop out of the very courses they’ve spent years pursuing.

Others silently battle:

• 😔 Depression and anxiety

🤝 A New Vision: Accountability Mentorship Program

To scale their impact and reach many more students, Paul & Annette are launching an Accountability Mentorship Program — where graduates from their model now return to mentor others, creating a ripple effect of healing and purpose.

But they can’t do it alone.
