Hi, I’m here because I really need help.
I finally got a job after a long and stressful search. I was so excited. I thought my hard times were over. But before I could start working, the company had to do a background check through another company. That check took 37 days.
For 37 days, I had no paycheck.
During that time, bills kept coming. Rent was still due. I still needed food. Life didn’t pause just because I was waiting. I tried my best, but missing more than a month of income put me in a really bad spot.

Right now, the economy is very hard. Jobs are hard to find. A lot of people are losing work. Everything costs more than it used to. One small delay can turn into a big crisis, and that’s what happened to me.
I didn’t quit. I didn’t give up. I stayed patient and followed the process. I am working now, but I’m still trying to recover from those lost weeks.
I’m asking for help with $3,000 to cover rent, food, and basic needs while I catch up. This support would help me feel safe again. It would help me focus on working and moving forward instead of feeling scared every day.
If you can help in any way, even a little, I would be so thankful. Thank you for listening. Thank you for caring.
