Brindar acceso a internet de alta disponibilidad a comunidades altoandinas sin fibra óptica ni cobertura móvil estable, priorizando educación rural, telemedicina, comercio agropecuario, seguridad comunal, monitoreo climático y acceso a servicios del Estado.
Fase piloto de 100 comunidades: 35 en Huancavelica, 25 en Junín, 20 en Pasco y 20 en Huánuco.
Cada comunidad contará con kit Starlink Business, router administrable, mástil, UPS, panel solar, switch PoE, access points WiFi, gabinete y sistema de monitoreo remoto.

High in the Andes, thousands of families live without reliable internet access. No stable signal. No fiber. No connection to the opportunities many of us take for granted.
Sierra Conectada 2036 is our mission to change that.
We are launching a pilot program to bring high-availability internet to 100 rural communities across Huancavelica, Junín, Pasco, and Huánuco. These are communities where children walk hours to attend school, where medical help is distant, and where farmers struggle to access markets and fair prices.
With your help, each community will receive:
• Satellite internet (Starlink Business)
• Solar-powered connectivity systems
• WiFi access points for schools and public spaces
• Remote monitoring for reliability and sustainability
