So I came down to her to Ecuador about 2 weeks ago and I have a friend who's great grand parents live in a harsh environment and are suffering do to no medications, I have never done this but just seen the way this people are suffering broke my heart and I really wish you guys can give me ha hand, they don't have beds they both sleep in hard sofas and they are low on food and medicine.
