Kindly help me – I need to afford a descent life style

I am a 28year old African girl from Uganda who did a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and community health and graduated in 2022 post COVID – ever since then, i have always got small paying job opportunities because i have a pending tuition balance at my clinical school (this cannot allow me get my Academic papers) i always use the small money from the jobs to sustain my family in this high economy being the first born child and hence i always fail to save anything towards the tuition balance i have with the school. I feel i should opt for business since i have lost hope of getting my academic papers and my skill is retarding due to inappropriate practice.
If i could receive any assistance, I will be grateful.
