Hi everyone, I'm an 18 year old girl who has recently graduated high school in the UAE. My high school is holding my diploma from me because we haven't paid the rest of the school fees which amount to 10,000 US dollars remaining. My parents are extremely hardworking people. They have never missed a due date for any payments but recently we have been struggling. My dad is currently not working, but my mom is. My mom is holding everything down together with her salary including our house, groceries, bills, etc. And with this situation she is under extreme pressure, she is struggling to solve this issue within a few weeks because I have applied to a University and got accepted! I will be pursuing General Medicine to hopefully become a doctor. My University needs my original diploma, which we cannot get from my school unless everything is paid all at once in full. My parents have tried everything under the sun to try and plead with my school to split the money in half so they're able to pay it, as 10,000 dollars is just too much to gather all at once, we do not have that kind of money on standby, but they have refused every single time. My parents are thinking of resorting to selling some of their items to get some money, and its completely shattering my heart since theres nothing i can do to help them. Please help me help my parents, so I can continue my education abroad and make them proud. Every single penny counts. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story.
