Our Story
My name is Afzaal Munir, and I am turning to my community today out of pure necessity to protect my family.
After unexpectedly losing my job, our lives were turned upside down. Despite applying endlessly and looking for any work available to support my family, we have reached a critical breaking point. With no income coming in, we have exhausted our savings and are now facing overdue rent and the immediate risk of losing our home.
No parent or provider wants to be in a position where they cannot keep a roof over their family’s head or place food on the table. Reaching out for financial assistance is humbling, but my top priority right now is ensuring my family has a safe place to sleep while I work to regain employment stability.
