I dont have money for my sons birthday

My son is interested in art so I would like to buy him a drawing tablet or an iPad but it is out of my budget. I want him to enjoy his birthday which is on 15 July but I do not afford to make his as happy as I want to. I hope you people can help me, I am not asking for much around 700$. Hope you can help me please
