Help My Son Get treatment

Hello,
My name is Christabel I come from Kenya. After so many years, so many trials and being branded barren I was finally blessed with a wonderful son in September 2024. He is a miracle baby and I thank God for him everyday. My baby was born with clubfoot, an extended knee that doesn't flex and his pelvic muscles are not 100% flexible. There is a medical term they gave me. It is arthrogryposis multiple congenita (AMC). We are supposed to get a surgery for the knee first and we attend clinics once or twice a month. I am financially exhausted since we started the clinics when he was 4days old and that is why I have come on this site to get help. Help me help my son please
