I was taken in by my grandmother after I was abandoned by my parents whose whereabouts haven't been known since I was 3 months old. I aspired to be a doctor and worked hard to reach that goal, throughout Primary and secondary school. I managed to get a scholarship to study Clinical medicine which only pays fees and rest of the requirements to be paid by the guardian. My grandmother tried so hard to be able to support me but there was so much she could do and when she got sick that was the end of that. Now I am struggling to keep afloat but now I am unable to pay for rent or even get a plate of food to eat, tuition money and basic needs that allows for a smooth education life. I dont want to dropout cause I am so close to achieving my dream but the way things are going I am afraid I wont have any other choice. It's harder to be fully in class without worrying if I'll be able to go to bed or get some food to eat.
