A Plea for Safety, Survival, and Hope
My name is Markos Kefyalew, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for help.
I am a gay man living in Ethiopia, where I face severe discrimination, harassment, and threats because of my sexual orientation. Every day is filled with fear, uncertainty, and the struggle to stay safe. The constant persecution has made it extremely difficult for me to work, earn an income, or meet my basic needs.
I am currently struggling to access food, shelter, and essential necessities. The emotional and physical toll of living under constant threat has left me feeling isolated and vulnerable. Despite these challenges, I continue to hold on to hope that a safer future is possible.
Today, I am asking for your support.
