Help Me Represent Tanzania at the COFP International Fellowship Program in Nigeria

My name is Tito R. Mhagama, a development professional from Tanzania with extensive experience working to improve the lives of vulnerable communities through sustainable development, capacity building, and social impact initiatives.
I have been honored with the opportunity to participate in the 2026/2027 COFP International Fellowship Program, with the first fellowship module taking place in Nigeria from 6–13 September 2026. This prestigious fellowship brings together emerging leaders from different countries to strengthen leadership skills, exchange innovative ideas, and develop practical solutions to pressing social and economic challenges.
For me, this fellowship is more than a personal achievement—it is an opportunity to gain knowledge, build international partnerships, and bring back practical skills that can benefit communities in Tanzania. Throughout my career, I have worked with government institutions, development partners, and community organizations to improve livelihoods, strengthen local capacity, and promote sustainable development. The lessons and networks I gain through this fellowship will enable me to expand this impact and contribute even more effectively to the communities I serve.
While I have been accepted into the fellowship, I am responsible for covering the costs associated with participating, including my visa, international airfare, travel insurance, accommodation, and other travel-related expenses. These costs present a significant financial challenge.
I am therefore reaching out to friends, colleagues, family members, and supporters who believe in leadership, education, and community development. Every contribution, regardless of its size, will bring me one step closer to representing Tanzania at this important international program.
