Help Nasim and His Family Survive and Access Critical Medical Care

My name is Nasim. I am a young man from Gaza, living here with my family through one of the most painful and challenging chapters of our lives.
Beyond the daily struggle for survival, I suffer from a medical disorder triggered by severe psychological distress, which causes me frequent and exhausting nosebleeds. This condition has heavily impacted my health over a long period. While the medication I need exists, it is completely unavailable in local clinics. Purchasing it from private sources is far beyond what my family can afford due to our extremely difficult financial situation.
But medical care is only part of our battle. Every single day, my family and I face the daunting challenge of simply staying alive. The absolute basics of life—food, clean water, and essential supplies—are never guaranteed.
I am not someone who gives up easily, but there are limits to what one person can endure alone when the very foundations of life are crumbling around them.
