We are a couple of musicians 🎶 who made the bold decision to move to a rural farm 🌾 to build our own home on our family’s land. However, with the exciting news that we are expecting our first child 🤰, our priorities have shifted.

To be closer to medical care 🏥 and ensure a safe environment for the arrival of our little one 👶, we’ve decided to relocate to a nearby town. I’ve been offered an administrative position 💼 at my previous job, although the office is located 40 km away from our current farm.

We estimate that our new rental costs will be approximately R7,000 per month, plus a deposit of R7,000 — totaling R14,000 for our new living arrangements 🏡.

Additionally, we’ve chosen a hospital that will provide excellent care during the birth, which requires a payment of R24,000 for the room 🛏️.

Any additional funds raised will go directly into a savings account 💰 to help us prepare for the future and ensure our baby’s well-being as they grow 🌱.
