My name is 19 years old, and I have one dream that has driven me every single day—to become a professional football player.
I currently play for MD Sports Football Academy, where I work hard to improve my skills and give everything I have on the field. Recently, I was given an incredible opportunity to join a football tryout tour in Spain and Dubai. This tour could change my life by allowing me to showcase my talent in front of professional coaches and scouts.
The total cost of the tour is 140,000 rand, which covers travel, accommodation, and other essential expenses.
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of people who believe in me, I have already raised 75,000 rand. I am deeply grateful for every contribution. However, I am still short of the remaining amount, and time is running out.
Out of the 28 players selected for this opportunity, I am the only one who has not yet been able to secure the funds needed to attend. It is heartbreaking to know that I could miss the biggest opportunity of my life simply because of financial circumstances.
I live with my grandmother, who has raised me with love and sacrifice. I do not know my mother or father, and my grandmother is doing everything she possibly can to help me, but the cost is simply beyond what we can afford.
