My son Abu Hanif Jiban, currently 13 years old. He has a hole in his heart since birth, currently suffering from diabetes. He needs treatment and my wife Kalpana Akhter Rina has been suffering from diabetes since 2009, currently almost blind due to stroke. I am a very low-income person. It is not possible to treat my son and wife with this small income. In this situation, I am appealing for help for their treatment on humanitarian grounds.
