She is Siti, who is bravely fighting against HER2-positive breast cancer that has now spread to her neck. 🎗️💪
In early 2022, Siti discovered a lump in her left breast. An ultrasound showed a BIRADS 5 result, and a biopsy confirmed that it was Luminal B breast cancer, HER2-positive. She underwent multiple treatments including a biopsy, mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. 🏥💉
Sadly, at the beginning of 2025, another lump appeared—this time on her neck. Further examination showed that the cancer had metastasized. Currently, she is undergoing 30 sessions of radiation, followed by another round of chemotherapy. 😞🩻
Because her cancer is HER2-positive, the doctors have recommended targeted therapy using Trastuzumab, a treatment that significantly increases her chances of recovery. However, the cost is overwhelming for us: each dose costs approximately around $1,250, and she needs 18 cycles—one every three weeks. 💸💔
Although we are doing everything we can, the financial burden of her treatment, transportation, and accommodation is extremely heavy for our middle-income family. 🚗🏨
Through all of this, Siti continues to fight with incredible spirit and strength. She smiles through the pain, holds onto hope, and dreams of healing—for herself and for our children. 🌟❤️👨👩👧👦
