Since that tragic day, I have been completely bedridden, unable to stand, walk, or sit up without assistance. My world shrank overnight to the four walls of my room.
🛏️ I have spent over a decade confined to my bed, relying entirely on my sister for round-the-clock care. The physical pain has been immense, but what’s even harder is the emotional toll—losing my independence, my ability to work, to move freely, to live a normal life.
