SCHEDULE TRIBE AND OBC STUDENTS WHO CANNOT AFFORD EDUCATION

We are raising funds on behalf of Tongdam Institute, a grassroots educational organization operating in the rural heartlands of Churachandpur, Manipur. The institute was established with a singular mission — to provide meaningful, skill-based education to Schedule Tribe and OBC students who are unable to afford formal schooling or vocational training. These are young individuals from marginalized communities who deserve a fair chance at building a dignified future, yet financial barriers continue to hold them back.
Tongdam Institute currently offers a range of practical programs including computer courses, tailoring, mobile repairing, hotel management, and primary schooling — all designed to equip students with real-world skills and sustainable livelihoods. The institute serves as a lifeline for hundreds of underprivileged youth in the region. To sustain and expand these programs, we urgently need to raise ₹5,00,000. This amount will help cover operational costs, teaching resources, equipment, and support for students who cannot contribute financially in any way.
