My name is Kamohelo Mukansi, a young rugby player from Windmill Park, Boksburg, and I have been given a life-changing opportunity to travel to Thailand through an international youth rugby development program.
For many young athletes from townships like mine, opportunities like this are rare. Rugby has taught me discipline, teamwork, leadership, and the importance of believing in something bigger than myself. This tour is not only about playing rugby — it is about representing my community, inspiring other young people, and proving that talent can come from anywhere.
I have been selected to participate in an international rugby tour that will allow me to:
