In Kijiji cha Mwanga, Kenya, a village once deeply affected by witchcraft and spiritual fear is now experiencing a powerful transformation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
However, while this change is truly remarkable, a serious challenge has now emerged.
Many individuals who once lived in darkness have now renounced witchcraft, confessed their past, and turned fully to Christ. As a result, the village is now gathering in prayer, worship, and faith for the first time in many years.
Moreover, this new spiritual awakening has created a growing hunger for God’s Word. People are eager to learn, grow, and stay rooted in their new faith.
Unfortunately, there is only one worn-out Bible available in the entire village, and it is being shared among many new believers. Consequently, it is not enough to support proper discipleship, teaching, and spiritual growth.
Without immediate help, these new believers face the risk of returning to their former ways simply due to lack of Scripture and guidance.
